This privacy statement describes how Pictour Inc (the “Company”), collects and uses the information you (the "User") provide on Pictour website, iOS and Android App (the “Service”). It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your information and how you can access and update this information.

Please note that we cannot control the actions of others with whom the User may choose to share his/her pages and information

To review, correct, or update the User account information the User can access his/her profile on the Service website. We will retain the User information for as long as the User account is active or as needed to provide services to the User. If the User wishes to close his/her account or request that we no longer use his/her information to provide him/her services, the User can send us an email to deactivate his/her account. We will retain and use the User information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not guarantee that the content will be kept confidential, even in cases where the Content is marked private. In cases the content is marked private, the content will not be listed to other users or third parties but will still be accessible throughout a direct URL that the User, or any person that the Users shares it with, can access without any credential in the Service. This implies that a person or third party could guess the direct URL and thus get access to the referred content. The user can choose which of the content they provide is public and which is private for access only from direct URLs. All user accounts in the Service are public and other users and third parties will be able to see the user picture, username and public content provided by the user via any of the User Interaction Channels.

We may update this privacy statement to reflect changes to our business or the Service as it pertains to the information collected from the User and our use of it. If the change impacts how we use or handle information collected from the User, we will email the User or post a notice where you first access this app prior to the change becoming effective.
